GECHTER Press with Light Curtain Control*

The light curtain control has three operation modes, all of which are secured by a key switch.

Operation mode „Setup“
Upon operating the “START“ key, the ram is moved into the bottom dead center. The light curtain is muted in this position, so that the tools can be set up without risk. By
pressing the “UP” switch, the ram returns into its home position.

Operation mode „Single break“
After each break of the light curtain, a press stroke is triggered.

Operation mode „Double break“
In this mode, a press stroke is triggered after every second break of the light curtain. This operation mode
is required for removing processed workpieces and inserting new workpieces.
