Patented safety system

The CRP10 and CRP45 presses are operated pneumatically and are equipped with our patented safety system. For example, cables of up to 6 mm˛ (8 AWG) for the CRP10 and up to 35 mm˛ (2 AWG) for the CRP45 are safely processed with 10 kN and 45 kN press force respectively. Due to the sturdy design of the table devices with their completely new mechanical safety systems, and to the great variety of equipping possibilities with inserts and tools, the CRP10 and the CRP45 are extremely flexible and well suitable for much more than the manifold crimping and pressing processes.

The CRP10 and the CRP45 can execute a large spectrum of pressing and crimping processes, because they can be equipped with many different tools and inserts without any problems. Their impressive safety system makes expensive control components unnecessary.

Innovative safety and monitoring system
If a foreign object is gripped by the crimp tool in the 5.9 mm press zone before the bottom press position, a force connection becomes impossible, and no press force is built up.The force acting on the object (e.g. a finger) is so low that injuries can be ruled out.

The safety system is designed in a way that the press force cannot act until the distance between the tools or components is smaller than the 6 mm zone allowed by the safety regulations.

Safety & handling point the way to the future
Due to the completely new and patented designs of the CRP10 and the CRP45 presses, the parts to be processed can be adapted to the tool position with both hands before and after the pressing cycle. The usual safety cover is no longer necessary.*

This simplifies the handling considerably, since the press is always freely accessible, without any risk.

Overview of the advantages

- The adjustable operating range: It can be adjusted with a mechanism in steps of 0.02 mm at the clamping
- table of the CRP10 and CPR45 presses. This allows an accurate adjustment of the tool’s end position.

- A variety of adapters for crimp tool inserts by well-known manufacturers is available

- We will manufacture the suitable adapter for your crimp tool system.

- Twist proof press ram: This guarantees a high repeat accuracy during the pressing cycle

- The CRP10 and the CRP45 can be equipped with press force monitoring systems, force, or force-
- displacement.

- CE conformity: The CRP10 and the CRP45 fully comply with the EU machinery directive. However,
- exceptions can occur, depending on the application, cable, or other variables
